Meridith’s early career was in marketing for several brands within VF Corporation and then later in advertising and public relations for Thomasville Furniture’s national headquarters. Upon leaving the corporate world, she started a commercial and event photography studio that was recognized by the Professional Photographers of America as a top producing studio.  In addition, she is an international photography award winner and has been featured in national magazines for her work.  She has served for 10 years on the board of (ILEA) International Live Events Association, Raleigh Durham Chapter, including 2 years as President. During that time, she earned her (CSEP) Certified Special Events Professional designation, one of only 450 in the world. 

Meridith is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) having attended IPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training program. In addition, she holds the following certifications:

• Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)

• COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS)

• COR.E Transitions Dynamics Specialist (CTDS)
